Incisional hernias are a special type of abdominal wall hernia that can occur in the area of previous operations. Following careful, individually tailored diagnostics, we treat the entire spectrum of this condition at our center.
Thanks to our many years of internationally recognized experience, we also regularly treat complex findings that have been classified as difficult or inoperable elsewhere.
We operate on very large or particularly challenging hernias in close cooperation with our partner hospital in Cologne-Deutz. Here, too, we pursue minimally invasive approaches whenever possible and use modern, gentle surgical techniques to achieve optimal results for our patients.
